2026 Registration Fees
Pharma/Biotech Rate
This is the registration fee for Pharma/Biotech with active pharmaceutical pipelines and who are actively scouting/seeking to in-license drug delivery technologies. This fee is also for life science investors. Please note: CDMOs, service providers and companies developing novel drug delivery technologies are not eligible for this rate.
Launch Rate - $2,100
Until July 17th
Early Bird I - $2,200
From July 18th - August 14th
Early Bird II - $2,300
From August 15th - September 11th
Early Bird III - $2,400
From September 12th - October 2nd
Standard Rate - $2,500
After October 2nd
Industry Rate/Service Providers
This is the registration fee for drug delivery technology developers or service providers such as CDMOs, equipment suppliers, marketing firms, etc.
If your company is seeking partnerships for a novel delivery technology, platform or related service, this rate applies.

From July 18th - August 14th
Early Bird II - $3,000
From August 15th - September 11th

Additional Rates
Academia, Non-Profit & Government Rate
This fee is for full-time employees of non-profits, government entities and academia.
Flat Rate - $1,500
Pharma/Biotech Two for One Rate
Attendees from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies who have an active pharmaceutical pipeline and are actively scouting and seeking to in-license drug delivery technologies are eligible to bring a colleague from their company if registered before August 21st, 2026. Transfer, Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. Any discounts will be applied to the conference registration fee and cannot be combined with other offers. If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute please email customer service at service@tcfllc.org. If you need to cancel, please note the following policies:
Attendance Cancellation Policy
Five or more business days prior: You can either send a substitute, receive a refund less the admin fee of $195 or receive a full credit to be used for a future event for either yourself or a colleague valid for two years from the date of issue.
Less than five business days prior: If you cancel less than five business days prior to the event, you can either send a substitute or get a credit for the full amount of your fee to be used for an attendee pass for a future event for either yourself or a colleague from the same company valid for two years from the date of issue.
